White Wine Sangria


2 bottles Prosecco
1 litre bottle pomegranate Italian soda
1 litre bottle sparkling water
1 packet passion fruit pulp
1 cup powdered sugar (add more if you prefer a sweeter taste)
2 cups summer fruit chopped into bite sizes
12 mint leaves

Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher and mix well. Serve icy cold with chopped fruit  and mint leaves on top.
