2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup almond flour
1 cup almond flour
1 cup organic sweet condensed milk
3 large eggs (WHITES only), room temperature
1 teaspoon pure almond extract
1 teaspoon pure almond extract
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Scoop mixture to a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
