2 tablespoons sauerkraut, finely chopped

2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
Combine mustard and cream cheese in a small mixing bowl. Mix well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add mustard and cream cheese mixture and gently mix to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.

I use one of my black leather dining room chairs that has a back that is perfect for most of my shots because I can place it in any part of the house that has natural light streaming in (depending on the time of day). :) This is a great dip. Thank you.
