1 cup raw almonds
2 cups garbanzo beans
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup Greek yogurt

Handful fresh Italian parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top to serve.
