1 cup fresh apple juice
2 cups ice
1 cup chopped fresh kale
1 cup chopped raw beets
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add water if smoothie is too thick for your liking.
Enjoy!
